The DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française) and the DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) are official diplomas issued by the French Ministry of Education to certify competence in the French language. They are valid for an unlimited period of time. There are 6 levels, from A1 (elementary) to C2 (advanced). The DELF and DALF exams are eligible for financing within the framework of the Personal Training Account (CPF).
The Alliance Française Aix Marseille Provence is an examination center for :
France Education International (FEI), a public operator, is in charge of these certifications for the Ministry.
This diploma has a wide range of applications. It provides official proof of the level of French needed to enter university or follow certain higher education courses or for professional reasons.
